The project site is located on Eko Atlantic City, officially known as Nigeria International Commerce city. EkoAtlantic City is a development in the city of Lagos that is being constructed on land reclaimed from the Atlantic Ocean. The compound will be set on approximately 50,000 sqm of land reclaimed from the sea.

The New Consulate Compound (NCC) project consist of a New Office Building (NOB), Utility Building (UTL), Warehouse (WHE), Vehicle Maintenance (VHM), Shops Building (SPX), a Marine Security Guards Quarters (MSGQ), two covered parking facilities, the associated campus access control (CAC) facilities, and two parking facilities, one within the secure perimeter and one outside, will be developed to accommodate the more than 280 parking spaces required for staff parking and official vehicles.
