Design and build of 15.500 m² university building with classrooms, offices, laboratories, studios. The existing mono-bloc structure is modified by placing on atrium space (12X21m) at the center. By means of that it's been possible to have daylight entrance to all floors and a small inner garden has been formed. While changing the use of the building, all necessary reinforcements are done to restore the buildings earthquakeresistance.
